Chiltern Health CentreService Description
We focus on your health by doing a detailed history and physical exam to make a treatment plan that's right for you. The initial visit is typically up to 50 minutes where we either start doing treatment or we take x-rays to help with the diagnosis. We will discuss the treatment plan in the next appointment which is typically up to 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the full fee if you do not give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or if you do not show.
